Born and raised in Pasadena California, Keith Brown started off as an aspiring rap artist who also had a talent for directing and shooting his own music videos at a young age. He then gradually started to learn the art of photography and grew a new found love in the art of storytelling with words and visuals, and decided to turn his hobbies into a professional business. Shortly after he turned his love for fashion into a respectable creative brand which is now known to the world as City Celebs .
